CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT
The EBC personnel undertakes to maintain the confidentiality of the intents and interests of the client, in relation to the designed or undergoing works, if there is no express approval of the client, excepting the public interest information.
The object of the confidentiality agreement is represented by the information that came to the knowledge of the company’s employee, acting as a professional, directly or indirectly connected with the private life of the beneficiary, of the family, of the owners and the information concerning a company or an institution, excepting the illicit information.
